The normal surgery phone lines are open between 08:30 and 18:00. 

Clinics run every weekday morning from 08:30 until 12:30 and in the afternoon we offer early and/or late sessions until 17:30.

The phone lines are open for emergency calls 08:00-08:30 and 18:00-18:30. Please only call between these times if you genuinely can't wait for the surgery to re-open. 

Outside of our normal hours there is an emergency service for serious problems that cannot wait until the next morning, based at Out-of-Hours Centre, situated behind Ysbyty Gwynedd. 

This is accessed by telephone and you may receive advice (from a doctor or nurse), or be asked to attend the centre. The surgery is informed of all emergency contacts the next morning.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
